摘 要:危险源是实验室安全事故的源头,规范管理危险源是实验室安全的关键。通过分析高校实验室危险源辨识管控难点,根据教育部2024年出台的分级分类管理办法要求,利用信息化技术构建了一套实验室危险源辨识管控体系。该体系无需评分、操作便捷,特色鲜明、重点突出,便于实现实验室危险源动态评估。同时明确了实验室危险源分类管控要求,利用信息化系统从实验项目风险评估、安全教育培训与演练、安全检查、化学品全生命周期管理等维度实现分级分类与管控措施的实时联动,并在安全信息牌中同步显示危险源种类级别和管控要求。该体系可精准高效实现危险源辨识管控,有效防范安全风险,具有较大推广价值。The hazard source serves as the primary cause of laboratory safety accidents.Effectively regulating and managing the hazard source is crucial for ensuring laboratory safety.Through an analysis of the challenges associated with hazard identification and control in university laboratories,in accordance with the classification management measures issued by the Ministry of Education in 2024,a set of laboratory hazard identification and control system was constructed by leveraging information technology.The system does not require scoring,is convenient to operate,features distinctiveness and highlights,and facilitates the dynamic assessment of laboratory hazard sources.At the same time,it clarifies the requirements for classifying and controlling laboratory hazards,and uses an information system to realize real-time linkage between the grading and control measures from different dimensions,such as risk assessment of experimental projects,safety education and training and drills,safety inspections,and comprehensive chemical life cycle management.The safety information plate simultaneously displays the type,level,and control requirements of the hazard sources.This system enables accurate and efficient identification and control of hazard sources,effectively prevents security risks,and possesses significant promotional value.
