摘　　要：针对广西信息技术应用创新产业对信息系统运维现场工程师需求的快速增长,以及当前计算机应用技术专业建设中存在的校企合作不深入、师资力量薄弱、课程体系与信创产业岗位需求不匹配等问题,文章以柳职信创产业学院为依托,结合航天信息股份有限公司及柳州智能制造龙头企业,从信息系统运维现场工程师的角度出发,紧密围绕先进制造业信息系统运维岗位需求,探讨了信创信息系统运维现场工程师的人才培养思路,提出了校企联合实施现场工程师培养、打造校企混编双师型教学团队、推进专业课程体系改革等措施,探索形成面向区域先进制造业信创信息系统运维现场工程师的培养标准、育人模式及先进经验,为满足先进制造业的信创信息系统运维人才需求提供了有力支持。In response to the rapid growth in demand for information system operation and maintenance field engineers in the innovative information technology application industry in Guangxi,as well as the problems of insufficient school enterprise cooperation,weak teaching staff,and mismatched curriculum system with the job requirements of the information and innovation industry in the current construction of computer application technology majors,this article takes Liuzhou Polytechnic University of Information and Innovation Industry as the basis,combines with Aerospace Information Co.,Ltd.and Liuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Leading Enterprises,and from the perspective of information system operation and maintenance field engineers,closely revolves around the demand for advanced manufacturing information system operation and maintenance positions to explore the talent training ideas for information and innovation system operation and maintenance field engineers.We have proposed measures such as joint implementation of on-site engineer training between schools and enterprises,building a dual teacher teaching team with school enterprise mixed staffing,and promoting the reform of professional curriculum system.We have explored the formation of training standards,education models,and advanced experiences for on-site engineers in the operation and maintenance of advanced manufacturing information systems,providing strong support for meeting the talent needs of advanced manufacturing information system operation and maintenance.
