摘　　要：针对当前数字安全领域人才培养存在的技术快速更新与教育体系滞后、理论与实践的脱节和实战教学资源不足等问题,文章提出了一种基于“实战共同体”的人才培养模式。该模式从课程体系与教学内容改革、师资队伍建设、实践教学平台搭建和评价与反馈机制构建4个方面给出了具体实施路径,为高技能数字安全人才培养提供了新的思路和方法,有助于推动数字安全领域的人才培养与实践创新。In view of the problems of rapid technological updates and lagging educational systems,the disconnect between theory and practice,and insufficient practical teaching resources in the current digital security field talent training,a talent training model based on“practical community”is proposed.This model provides specific implementation paths from four aspects:curriculum system and teaching content reform,faculty team building,practical teaching platform construction,and evaluation and feedback mechanism construction.It provides new ideas and methods for the cultivation of high-skilled digital security talents,and helps to promote talent cultivation and practical innovation in the field of digital security.
