摘  要:针对Y公司CRM系统内部缺乏深度洞察和统一规划的问题,文章设计了一套面向销售团队的客户经营计划工具。该工具将客户基本信息管理、产品需求全景、竞品分析、潜在商机、人脉经营及经营计划汇总为核心功能模块,在CRM系统中实现了模板化部署。通过构建完整的客户经营计划逻辑,有效满足了客户洞察闭环的需求,确保了客户开发与维护信息的完整性,实现了多维度信息整合。In response to the lack of in-depth insights and unified planning within the CRM system of Company Y,this article designs a set of customer business planning tools for the sales team.This tool integrates customer basic information management,product demand panorama,competitor analysis,potential business opportunities,network management,and business planning into core functional modules,and implements template deployment in the CRM system.By constructing a complete customer business plan logic,the need for a closed loop of customer insights has been effectively addressed,ensuring the integrity of customer development and maintenance information,and achieving multi-dimensional information integration.
