摘　　要：甘肃省作为中国西部地区的重要省份,近年来积极响应国家科技创新号召,大力实施“强科技”行动,旨在推动省内企业科技创新能力的全面提升。在这一背景下,甘南州企业如何紧密结合实际,有效探索增强自身创新能力的途径,成为摆在各大企业面前的重要任务。文章首先简要阐述了甘肃省“强科技”行动战略背景,介绍了甘南州企业科技与创新发展概况,分析了“强科技”行动背景下企业增强自身创新能力的必要性,然后主要就“强科技”行动背景下甘南州企业增强自身创新能力的途径,提出了部分探讨性建议。Gansu Province,as an important province in western China,has actively responded to the call of national science and technology innovation in recent years,and vigorously implemented the"enhancing science and technology"initiative,aiming at promoting the comprehensive improvement of the scientific and technological innovation ability of enterprises in the province.In this context,how to closely combine the reality of Gannan enterprises,effectively explore ways to enhance their own innovation ability,has become an important task in front of major enterprises.This paper briefly describes the strategic background of"enhancing science and technology"initiative in Gansu Province,introduces the general situation of the development of enterprise science and technology and innovation in Gannan Prefecture,analyzes the necessity for enterprises to enhance their own innovation ability under the background of"enhancing science and technology"initiative,and then mainly puts forward some exploratory suggestions on the way for enterprises in Gannan Prefecture to enhance their innovation ability under the background of"enhancing science and technology"initiative.
