摘　　要：随着装备承制项目的扩展,军工企业外包规模逐步扩大,外包的重要性在军品研制过程中凸显,军工企业强化外包管控势在必行。基于“四权分立”原则开展外包管理方法研究,以提质降本增效为目标,聚焦规范外包执行,对外包实施流程及关键控制点进行阐释。With the expansion of equipment manufacturing projects,the outsourcing scale of military enterprises is gradually expanding,and the importance of outsourcing is highlighted in the process of military product development.It is imperative for military enterprises to strengthen outsourcing control.Based on the principle of“four powers separation”,the outsourcing management method is studied.With the goal of improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,outsourcing implementation process and key control points are explained by focusing on standardizing outsourcing execution.
