摘　　要：为提高烟草工业企业设备运行效率与稳定性,系统研究了设备管理优化策略及实施路径。通过分析设备全生命周期管理流程,针对设备选型及采购、设备维修保养、设备故障维修、设备更新及升级等提出了具体的管控措施,对于提高设备运行可靠性,降低故障发生率,进而增强烟草企业整体生产效能和市场竞争力具有重要的借鉴意义。In order to improve the efficiency and stability of equipment operation in tobacco industry enterprises,the optimization strategy and implementation path of equipment management are systematically studied.Through the analysis of the whole life cycle management process of equipment,specific control measures are proposed for equipment selection and procurement,equipment maintenance,equipment failure maintenance,equipment update and upgrade,which has important reference significance for improving the reliability of equipment operation,reducing the incidence of failure,and thus enhancing the overall production efficiency and market competitiveness of tobacco enterprises.
