百香果皮纳米银的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:目的百香果皮纳米银表征及其体外抗氧化活性研究。方法以百香果皮醇提取液为还原剂和稳定剂合成了银纳米粒子(silver nanoparticles,AgNP),使用紫外-可见光吸收光谱、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、傅立叶红外光谱,探究合成AgNP的结构与表征,通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine,DPPH)自由基清除实验、2,2'-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐[2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid),ABTS+]自由基清除实验、铁离子还原能力实验三种方法探究AgNP的体外抗氧化能力。结果AgNP呈面心立方结构,近似球形,粒径分布于4~26 nm之间,平均粒径为13.25±3.20 nm,在401 nm处具有特征吸收峰,并具有良好的稳定性。对DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基的清除率达到50%时,AgNP的浓度约为105 mg/L和75 mg/L,展现出较强的体外抗氧化能力。结论利用百香果皮提取液成功合成了高稳定性小尺寸AgNP,并展现出优异的抗氧化性能。Objective To investigate the characterization of silver nanoparticles(AgNP)from passion fruit peel and their in vitro antioxidant activity.Methods AgNP were synthesized using alcohol extract of passion fruit peels serving as the reducing agent and stabilizer.The structure and characterization of the synthesized AgNP were investigated through ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The in vitro antioxidant capacity of AgNP was examined by 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)free radical scavenging assay,2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS+)free radical scavenging assay,and ferric ion reducing power assay.Results The AgNP exhibited a face-centered cubic structure,were approximately spherical,with a particle size distribution ranging from 4 to 26 nm and an average particle size of 13.25±3.20 nm.AgNP possess a characteristic absorption peak at 401 nm and exhibit excellent stability.The scavenging rate of DPPH radicals and ABTS+radicals reached 50%with the concentration of AgNP of about 105 mg/L and 75 mg/L,which showed a strong in vitro antioxidant capacity.Conclusion Highly stable small-sized AgNP were successafully synthesized using passion fruit peel extract and demonstated excellent antioxidant properties.
