摘 要:随着新型油气田建设的发展,少人值守油气场站不断增加,为保障油气场站生产设备的稳定运行,提高巡检效率、降低巡检成本、及时发现安全隐患、满足油气场站新时代下的巡检业务需求,提出了针对油气场站的空地一体智能联合巡检系统。该系统将大数据、人工智能、物联网等技术与油气巡检业务深度融合,依托现有的网络通信设施,综合利用智能视频监控、无人机、巡检机器人、移动终端等前端硬件采集设备,建立综合性数据分析处理平台,构建针对跑冒滴漏等安全问题的智能算法,将采集的实时数据接入平台进行智能分析处理,及时发现隐患并告警;同时建设三维可视化智能管理平台,直观动态展示巡检数据,从而实现可视化、数字化、多方法、全方位的远程智能巡检。With the continuous development of new oil and gas stations,the number of oil and gas stations with few people on duty is increasing.In order to ensure the stable operation of production equipment,improve inspection efficiency,reduce inspection costs,identify safety hazards in time,and meet the inspection business needs of oil and gas field stations in the new era,an intelligent joint inspection system for air and ground integration for oil and gas stations has been proposed.The system deeply integrates technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things with the oil and gas inspection business.Relying on existing network communication facilities,the system comprehensively utilizes the front-end hardware collection devices such as intelligent video surveillance,drones,inspection robots and mobile terminals,establishes a comprehensive data analysis and processing platform,constructs the intelligent algorithms for security issues such as running,emitting,dripping,and leaking,and connects the collected real-time data to the platform for intelligent analysis and processing.The system can identify hidden dangers in time and provide warnings,and at the same time,build a three-dimensional visual intelligent management platform to visually and dynamically display inspection data,so as to achieve visual,digital,multi method,and comprehensive remote intelligent inspection.
