摘 要:数字经济作为一种新型经济形态,逐步成为国家经济发展的关键力量,研究数字经济对碳效率的空间效应对于我国区域间协同治理以及“双碳”目标的实现具有重要意义。本文基于2010−2021年我国30个省份的面板数据(不包括西藏自治区和港澳台地区数据),利用三阶段全局超效率SBM模型对碳效率进行测算,然后运用空间杜宾模型检验数字经济对碳效率的多维空间效应,最后进行区域异质性和均等化效应分析。结果表明:①研究期内我国整体碳效率水平较低,东部地区碳效率为0.580,比中部、西部地区分别高0.162和0.302,且各区域均呈逐年波动上升的趋势。②数字经济对碳效率具有显著正向的直接效应和空间溢出效应,空间溢出效应占总效应的52.17%。在多维度视角下,数字科技创新、产业数字融合和数字产业规模对碳效率具有显著正向的空间溢出效应,数字基础环境对碳效率具有显著负向的空间溢出效应。③数字经济对碳效率的空间效应存在区域异质性,相较于东部地区,中部、西部地区数字经济对碳效率的空间溢出效应更明显。数字经济可以缩小碳效率差距,这种影响不只局限于本地,对邻地的碳效率差距也有改善。据此,我国应继续推进数字经济发展,尤其数字科技创新、产业数字融合和数字产业规模的构建要增质提效,夯实数字经济提升碳效率的多维空间效应;同时根据地区的资源禀赋不同,政府应建立有助数字经济发展的差别化政策,充分发挥数字经济的减碳作用,以期助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。As a new economic form,the digital economy is gradually becoming a pivotal force in national economic development.Research on the spatial spillover effects of the digital economy on carbon efficiency is of great significance for coordinated governance across regions in China and the achievement of the country′s‘dual carbon’goals.This paper uses panel data(excluding the data of Xizang Autonomous Region,Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021.The three-stage global superefficiency SBM model is employed to measure carbon efficiency.The spatial Durbin model is then applied to examine the multidimensional spatial spillover effects of the digital economy on carbon efficiency,followed by an analysis of regional heterogeneity and equalization effects.The results showed that:(1)During the study period,China´s overall carbon efficiency remained relatively low.Specifically,carbon efficiency in the eastern region was 0.580,which was 0.162 and 0.302 higher than in the central and western regions,respectively.All regions exhibited a trend of fluctuating annual increases.(2)The digital economy has significant positive direct effects and spatial spillover effects on carbon efficiency,with spatial spillover effect accounting for 52.17%of the total effect.From a multidimensional perspective,digital technology innovation,industrial digital integration,and the scale of digital industries have significant positive spatial spillover effects on carbon efficiency.However,the digital infrastructure environment has significant negative spatial spillover effects on carbon efficiency.(3)The spatial spillover effects of the digital economy on carbon efficiency exhibit regional heterogeneity.In comparison to the eastern region,the spatial spillover effects on carbon efficiency are more pronounced in the central and western regions.The digital economy can help narrow the carbon efficiency gap,not only in local areas but also in neighboring regions.Based on these findings,China should continue to promote t
