摘 要:以系统观念推进绿色创新、经济发展和环境改善协同提升,是实现长江经济带生态保护与高质量发展的重要举措。本文利用耦合协调度模型测度长江经济带2012−2021年11个省市绿色创新、经济发展和环境改善的协同推进水平,并借助GIS技术、Moran′s I指数、空间β收敛模型分析其时空演变特征、空间关联程度以及空间趋同效应。结果表明:①2012−2021年长江经济带绿色创新、经济发展与环境改善的协同推进水平呈现波动上升趋势,耦合协调度由0.373升至0.524,耦合协调状态由失调状态升至协调状态;东部地区协同推进水平相比于中西部地区有明显改善。②长江经济带绿色创新、经济发展与环境改善协同推进水平呈现明显的区域相似性和集聚特征,高-高(高繁荣-高协调)集聚的省份相对较少,优质协调等级存在较大提升空间。③长江经济带绿色创新、经济发展与环境改善的耦合协调度存在空间溢出效应,邻近省份耦合协调度的提升会促进本地区耦合协调度的提高。研究显示,长江经济带绿色创新、经济发展与环境改善的协调度不断上升,三者协同发展水平不断提高,并在地理上呈现出集聚效应,各省份三者协同发展水平差距在逐渐缩小。Employing a systemic approach to synergistically advance green innovation,economic development and environmental improvement is a key strategy for achieving ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This study uses the Coupling Coordination Degree(CCD)Model to quantify the levels of coordinated advancement of green innovation,economic development,and environmental improvement across 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2021.Additionally,Geographic Information Systems(GIS)technology,Moran′s I index,and the spatialβ-convergence model are applied to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics,spatial connectivity,and spatial convergence effects.The findings indicate the following:(1)The coordinated advancement level of green innovation,economic development,and environmental improvement in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2021 exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,with the CCD increasing from 0.373 to 0.524.This shift indicates a transition from a state of disharmony to a state of coordination.Spatial heterogeneity is evident in the level of synergy,with the eastern region demonstrating a significantly higher level of coordinated development compared to the central and western regions.(2)The level of synergistic promotion of green innovation,economic development,and environmental improvement in the Yangtze River Economic Belt present distinct regional similarities and clustering characteristics.Notably,there are few provinces and cities in the‘highhigh cluster’(high prosperity-high coordination)category,suggesting substantial potential for improving the quality of coordination.(3)The CCD of green innovation,economic development,and environmental improvement in the Yangtze River Economic Belt exhibits spatial spillover effects,where an increase in the CCD of adjacent provinces can stimulate improvements in the local area.Overall,the degree of coordination among green innovation,economic development,and environmen
