摘　　要：“小红花”作为幼儿社会化过程中的一种肯定形式,受到许多幼儿教师的青睐,并在幼儿园的奖励制度中表现出它独特的优势。该文从社会交换论出发,具体分析幼儿园奖励制度中师幼双方的行为动因及其社会学意义,以期从一个全新的角度来诠释和理解幼儿园日常教育现象。As a kind of positive form in the process of child socialization,“little red flower”is favored by many kindergarten teachers,and shows its unique advantages in the kindergarten incentive system.The paper will give a detailed analysis about the reasons and social significance of both teachers and children under the kindergarten incentive system based on the social exchange theory,so that we can define and understand the daily education phenomenon of kindergartens from a new angle.
