摘  要:该文深入分析了“分层进阶,互融贯通”职业教育课程体系改革的迫切性与实践策略,阐述了中高本专业课程分层与衔接设计的理论基础,包括课程分层的原则与方法、课程衔接的机制与策略。构建并实施了中高本一体化专业课程体系,详细规划了实施路径及解决方案,实施了课程体系衔接的实证调研,检验课程设置对于满足企业人才需求的有效性,评估课程体系对企业人才需求的满足度,并提出了改进建议。The urgency and practical strategies of reforming the curriculum system of vocational education are analyzed in detail based on“layered advancement and mutual integration”,and the theoretical basis of layered design is expounded for the connection of specialized courses between secondary vocational education,higher vocational education,and undergraduate education,including the principles and methods of course stratification,and the mechanism and strategy of course connection.An integrated system of specialized courses is constructed and implemented between secondary vocational education,higher vocational education,and undergraduate education;the implementation path and solution are designed in detail;and an empirical study of the connection is implemented.It is aimed to test the effectiveness of the curriculum setting in meeting the talent needs of enterprises,evaluate the satisfaction of the curriculum system with the talent needs of enterprises,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
