摘 要:地方高校研究生联合培养基地的协同共创涉及多个行为主体和利益相关者。从宏观、中观、微观三个维度分析,当前研究生联合培养基地建设分别存在联合培养基地政策制度尚未健全、利益主体各自诉求难以协同、导师学生沟通机制建设不顺等问题。根据利益相关者理论,推进地方高校研究生联合培养基地建设,须着力健全政策制度、明确利益主体权责、构建资源共享机制、创新联合培养模式,完善研究生联合培养基地协同共创机制,为地方高校创新人才培养模式、推进“产教融合、科教融汇”提供新途径、新范式。The collaborative creation of joint training bases for graduate students in local universities involves multiple actors and stakeholders.Analysis from the three dimensions of macro,meso,and micro,the current construction of graduate joint training bases faces problems such as incomplete policies and systems,difficulty in coordinating the demands of various stakeholders,and inadequate communication mechanisms between supervisors and students.According to the stakeholder theory,promoting the construction of joint training bases for graduate students in local universities requires efforts to improve policy mechanisms,clarify the rights and responsi⁃bilities of stakeholders,establish resource sharing mechanisms,innovate joint training models,and improve the collaborative and cocreation mechanism of joint training bases for graduate students,which will provide new ways and paradigms for local universities to in⁃novate talent cultivation models and promote the integration of industry and education,as well as the integration of science and educa⁃tion.
