摘  要:中华优秀传统文化融入大学生职业生涯教育经历了初步尝试、徘徊停滞、恢复发展、主动融入与创新等四个发展阶段,面临着教育目标不够明确、教育内容缺乏系统性、教育方式不能满足本土化教学需要等现实困惑。要想使中华优秀传统文化更好地融入大学生职业生涯教育,就要明确以“立德树人”为核心价值的教育目标,形成以“刚健自强”为核心精神的教育内容体系,构建以“因材施教”为核心理念的教育方法体系。The integration of the excellent traditional Chinese culture into the vocational education for college students has gone through four stages:initial attempt,stagnation,recovery and development,and active integration and innovation.During this process,some realistic perplexities have been faced such as unclear educational objectives,a lack of systematic educational content,and im⁃proper educational methods that do not meet the actual needs of localized instruction.To better integrate the excellent traditional Chi⁃nese culture into the vocational education for college students,it is necessary to clarify the educational goal with the core value of“fos⁃tering virtue through education”,establish an educational content system with the core spirit of“vigorous self-improvement”,and con⁃struct an educational methodology system based on the principle of“teaching according to individual aptitude”.
