摘  要:以云南产的西番莲果皮为原料提取花色苷,通过单因素实验分别考察浸提温度、浸提时间、液料比和乙醇浓度四个影响因素;再以花色苷提取率为响应值建立回归模型,以花色苷提取率最大值为优化目标,采用Design-Expert 10.0.3软件对云南西番莲果皮中花色苷提取的最佳工艺条件进行优化,为西番莲果皮中花色苷的提取工艺的进一步优化提供了借鉴。In this paper,anthocyanins were extracted from passionflower peel produced in Yunnan,and four influencing factors,such as extraction temperature,extraction time,liquid material ratio and ethanol concentration,were investigated by single factor experiments.Then,a regression model was established with the anthocyanin extraction rate as the response value,with the maximum anthocyanin extraction rate as the optimization goal,and the optimum extraction conditions of anthocyanins from passionflower peel in Yunnan Province were optimized by the software Design Expert 10.0.3,which provided a reference for further optimization of anthocyanin extraction process from passionflower peel.
