药物化学线上线下混合式教学实践——以组胺H受体拮抗剂与质子泵抑制剂章节为例

摘　　要：为解决药物化学教学工作中授课任务重、教学学时不足和教学效果不佳的问题,以组胺H受体拮抗剂与质子泵抑制剂章节作为教学案例,利用网络教学平台,开展了线上线下混合式教学。教学取得了较好的效果:与课前测验成绩相比,学生课后成绩取得显著提高,并且有效节省了教学学时。线上线下混合式教学模式有望为解决药物化学教学工作中的痛点问题提供一种解决方案。In order to solve the problems of heavy teaching tasks,insufficient teaching hours,and poor teaching effectiveness in pharmaceutical chemistry teaching,the chapter on histamine H receptor antagonists and proton pump inhibitors was used as a teaching case,and a mixed online and offline teaching was carried out using an online teaching platform.The results showed that this teaching achieved good results.Compared with the pre class test scores,students post class scores improved significantly,and teaching hours were effectively saved.The blended learning mode of online and offline is expected to provide a solution to the pain points in pharmaceutical chemistry teaching.
