摘 要:[目的]为了调查职业高校教师参与科研工作的行为意愿和具体行动。[方法]以5所职业高校的教师为研究对象,通过拓展科研环境和组织支持两个要素的计划行为理论构建研究模型,采用问卷调查法收集256名教师的调查数据,运用SPSS24.0进行因子分析和回归分析。[结果]结果表明,行为态度、主观范式、感知行为控制对行为意愿有显著影响;科研环境对行为意愿无显著影响,但是通过行为态度间接影响行为意愿;组织支持对行为意愿和科研行为具有显著影响。[结论]职业高校应当加大组织支持力度,鼓励教师参与科研工作;同时,应强化科研环境塑造,改变教师的行为态度,进而促进教师参与科研行为意愿的提升。To investigate the behavioral intentions and specific actions of teachers regarding their participation,a research model was developed by extending the planned behavior theory to include the research environment and organizational support.Data from 256 teachers were collected through a questionnaire,and analyzed with SPSS 24.0.The results show that behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control significantly affect behavioral intentions.The research environment has no direct effect on behavioral intention but indirectly influences it through behavioral attitudes.Organizational support significantly influences both behavioral intention and research behavior.Vocational colleges should increase organizational support,encourage teachers participation,and strengthen the shaping of the research environment to change teachers attitudes and promote their willingness to participate.
