摘　　要：在全面推进乡村振兴战略的背景下,引导鼓励大学生到基层建功立业具有重要意义。当前大学生存在基层就业意愿较低,对乡村振兴战略和国家基层就业政策认知水平不高等问题。为提升地方本科院校大学生基层就业意愿,应充分发挥政府、高校、社会、大学生及其家庭的主体作用,优化国家基层就业政策,加大政府对大学生基层就业的支持力度,强化高校在大学生基层就业工作的引导作用。Under the background of comprehensively advancing the rural revitalization strategy,guiding and encouraging college students to contribute to grassroots development is of great significance.Currently,college students exhibit a low willingness to work at the grassroots level,along with insufficient awareness of the rural revitalization strategy and national grassroots employment policies.To enhance the willingness of local undergraduate students to work at the grassroots level,it is essential to leverage the roles of the government,universities,society,students,and their families.This includes optimizing national grassroots employment policies,increasing government support for grassroots employment,and strengthening the guiding role of universities in promoting grassroots employment among students.
