摘　　要：检验检测是国家质量基础设施的重要组成部分,在产品质量提升和推动产业升级、促进经济社会高质量发展等方面发挥着重要作用。本文从食品检验检测资源现状、食品产业发展现状、优势食品检验检测资源具备的特点及优势检验检测资源服务食品工业发展的形式等方面开展论述,并对如何以优势检验检测资源服务食品工业发展进行了思考。Inspection and testing are critical components of national quality infrastructure,playing an important role in improving product quality,promoting industrial upgrading,and driving high-quality economic and social development.This paper discusses the current situation of food inspection and testing resources,the characteristics of superior testing resources,and their application in supporting the development of the food industry.Additionally,it puts forward strategies for optimizing the use of high-quality testing resources to better serve the development of the food industry.
