摘 要:采用单因素试验和正交试验两种方法对TC4钛合金进行切削试验,分析轴向、径向及切向振动信号,研究TC4钛合金切削过程中切削参数对刀具振动的影响规律。通过极差分析得出影响切削振动的主要切削参数,并得到不同进给量下切削力对刀具振动的影响规律。研究结果表明:单因素试验时,刀具振动加速度随切削速度的增大呈先增后减的变化趋势,随进给量和背吃刀量增大而增大;由正交试验结果结合极差分析可知,进给量是影响刀具振动的主要因素,不同进给量下切削力对刀具振动的影响与切削力的高频波动有关。The cutting test of TC4 titanium alloy is carried out by single factor and orthogonal experimental methods.The axial,radial,and tangential vibration signals are analyzed to study the influence of cutting parameters on tool vibration during the cutting process of TC4 titanium alloy.The main cutting parameters affecting cutting vibration are investigated by range analysis.The effect of cutting force on tool vibration under different feed rates is studied.The research results show that in the single-factor experiment,the acceleration of tool vibration increases with the increase of cutting speed of first and then decreases,and increases with the increase of feed rate and depth of cut.The orthogonal test combined with range analysis shows that feed rate is the main factor affecting tool vibration.Under different feed rates,the effect of cutting force on tool vibration is related to the high-frequency fluctuations of cutting force.
