摘 要:大直径粗镗刀广泛应用于重型装备件的粗镗加工,主要为精镗工序做快速准备,其加工效果将直接影响精加工的质量。本文对两种大直径粗镗刀进行原理和结构分析,提出一种新型可作两级调整的双刃桥式粗镗刀,对其进行设计与建模,利用有限元法对变形量进行分析。通过试验验证该刀具具有可靠的刚性和稳定性,满足粗镗加工对高材料去除率、高安全性、高可靠性的要求。The large diameter rough boring tool is widely used in the rough boring of heavy equipment parts,which is mainly for the quick preparation of the fine boring process,and its processing effect will directly affect the quality of the finishing.In this paper,the principle and structure of two kinds of large diameter rough boring tools are analyzed,and a new type of double-edge bridge rough boring tool which can be adjusted for two stages is proposed.The design and the modeling of the rough boning tool are carried out.The shape variables are analyzed by finite element method.After test verifaction,it is found that the tool has reliable rigidity and stability,and meets the requirements of high material removal rate,high safety and high reliability for rough boring.
