摘  要:目的研究随动系统性能测控需求,结合人机交互界面设计理论,提升系统的易操控性和好用性。方法通过对随动系统性能测控需求分析,整合显示、控制和反馈模块的功能需求,按照人机交互界面设计原则和关键要素,结合用户使用习惯和视觉感知特性,提出人机交互设计理论与控制系统理论深度融合的设计方法,科学合理地设计了主界面及数据回放界面。结论通过可用性评估及随动系统实际使用验证,本测控设备在易用性、功能性和用户满意度方面表现较好,实现了信息的高效呈现与交互,能够有效满足随动系统性能测控的需求。The work aims to study the requirements for performance test and control of servo systems,combined with the human-computer interaction interface design theory,to improve the system's ease of operation and usability.By analyzing the performance test and control requirements of servo systems,the functional requirements of display,control,and feedback modules were integrated.Following the principles and key elements of human-computer,interaction interface design,combined with user habits and visual perception characteristics,a deep integration design method of the human-computer interaction design theory and the control system theory was proposed,and the main interface and data playback interface were scientifically and reasonably designed.Through usability evaluation and years of practical use verification of the servo system,this test and control device performs well in terms of usability,functionality,and user satisfaction,achieving efficient presentation and interaction of information and effectively meeting the performance test and control needs of the servo system.
