摘 要:目的针对海上救援人员执行救援任务的需要,探索FAHP、FQFD和TRIZ理论相结合的水下搜救机器人设计方法。方法通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)计算出用户的各项需求权重大小,采用模糊质量功能展开理论(FQFD)计算产品技术需求的数值大小与识别出矛盾冲突类型,随后运用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中的分离原理和矛盾矩阵来解决质量屋模型中所识别的矛盾冲突,得到创新设计流程,根据该流程导出理想的水下搜救机器人创新方案。结果该理论方法解决了以往水下搜救机器人设计中作业效率低下、潜行时间不足、整体轻质化的问题,同时降低了意外伤害的风险,提高了救援效率。结论论证了FAHP、FQFD和TRIZ理论的结合的可行性。Aiming at the needs of marine rescuers in performing rescue missions,the work aims to explore the design method of underwater search and rescue robots that combine FAHP,FQFD,and TRIZ theories.The fuzzy hierarchical analysis method(FAHP)was applied to calculate the weight size of the user's needs,and the fuzzy quality function development theory(FQFD)was applied to calculate the numerical size of the product's technical needs and identify the types of conflicts,and then the separation principle and the contradiction matrix in the theory of invention and problem-solving(TRIZ)was applied to solve the contradictions identified in the quality house model,to obtain the innovative design process,and then derive innovative solutions for ideal underwater search and rescue robot according to the process.Practice shows that this theoretical approach solves the problems of low operational efficiency,insufficient dive time,and overall lightweight in the previous underwater SAR robot design,and at the same time,reduces the risk of accidental injuries and improves the rescue efficiency,which demonstrates the feasibility of the combination of FAHP,FQFD and TRIZ theories.
