摘　　要：文章阐述数字创新与图书馆治理的内涵,分析数字创新对图书馆治理的影响,进而构建数字创新驱动图书馆治理圈层逻辑框架,阐释各圈层及其要素的作用机理,并提出数字创新驱动图书馆治理推进路径,即依托顶层设计完善图书馆治理政策体系;以数字技术创新支撑图书馆平台建设与业务数据化;以数字创新驱动流程创新,升级图书馆服务与数据资源管理;以数字创新驱动组织创新,实现多元主体协作协同共治;以驱动图书馆治理为价值导向,打造高质量数字创新人才队伍。The article expounds the connotation of digital innovation and library governance,analyses the impact of digital innovation to library governance,constructs logical framework of digital innovation driving library governance circles,analyzes the mechanisms of each layer and its elements,and proposes promotion paths for digital innovation driving library governance,that is,rely on top-level design to improve the policy system of library governance;innovate digital technology to support library platform construction and business dataization;drive process innovation through digital innovation,support library services and data resource management;drive organizational innovation through digital innovation and achieve collaborative governance among multiple stakeholders;guided by the value of driving library governance,build high-quality talents team of digital innovation.
