摘　　要：目的探讨基于术后快速康复(ERAS)理念的护理干预对肠造口术后患者恢复效果的影响,为优化护理模式提供科学依据。方法选取2022年1月至2024年12月于新沂市人民医院接受肠造口术的80例患者,随机分为观察组(基于ERAS理念的护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各40例,比较两组术后恢复时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度及生活质量评分。结果观察组术后恢复时间明显缩短(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05),患者满意度和生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ERAS理念的护理干预能够显著促进肠造口术后患者的功能恢复,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the impact of nursing interventions based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on the recovery effect of patients undergoing enterostomy,and provide scientific basis for optimizing nursing models.Method Eighty patients who underwent undergoing enterostomy at Xinyi People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(ERAS based nursing intervention)and a control group(conventional nursing),with 40 patients in each group.The postoperative recovery time,incidence of complications,patient satisfaction,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the postoperative recovery time was significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced(P<0.05)in the observation group,and the quality of life scores and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on the ERAS concept can significantly promote functional recovery,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing enterostomy,and are worthy of significant clinical promotion.
