摘 要:牙周病是一种在牙周支持组织中悄然蔓延、由多种因素导致的疾病,由于其较高的患病率和危害性,已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。但因牙周组织再生能力有限,其结构与功能的完全恢复仍具有很大的挑战性。细胞膜片技术(cell sheet technology,CST)为牙周组织缺损的治疗带来了新的可能,其主要通过单层细胞膜片、多层细胞膜片单独或与支架材料联合使用的方式进行组织缺损的修复或再生。文章旨在对牙周组织缺损修复的干细胞膜片及其在牙周组织缺损修复领域的研究进展进行综述。Periodontal disease,which is caused by many factors,is a kind of disease that spreads quietly in periodontal support tissues.Due to its high prevalence and great harm,it has gradually become the focus of people's attention.However,due to the limited regenerative capacity of periodontal tissues,the complete restoration of their structure and function remains a significant challenge.Cell sheet technology(CST)has brought a new possibility for the treatment of periodontal tissue defects.It mainly repairs or regenerates tissue defects through the use of single-layer cell sheets/multi-layer cell sheets alone or in combination with scaffold materials.This article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of stem cell sheets for periodontal tissue defect repair and their research advancement in the field of periodontal regeneration.
