摘 要:为了明确低磷条件下青稞苗期的农艺性状特点,采用苗期水培方法对8个青稞品种在低磷胁迫下的农艺性状进行检测与分析,并对其耐低磷能力进行评价。结果表明:低磷胁迫下,所有青稞品种的株高、根长、植株鲜重、植株干重、根鲜重和根干重与正常培养条件下的各指标相比均显著下降,但不同青稞品种的根冠比变化表现各异。通过对青稞在正常和低磷条件下各农艺性状进行综合分析发现,根干重、株高和植株鲜重是反映青稞苗期耐低磷能力的重要农艺性状,其中根干重是筛选耐低磷青稞最重要的指标。隶属函数分析结果表明,青稞耐低磷能力表现为紫康青>黄青1号>肚里黄>昆仑14>喜马拉雅22号>洛隆宗>特邬>墨竹青稞。To reveal the agronomic traits of hulless barley seedlings under low phosphorus stress,we measured the agronomic traits of seedlings in hydroponic culture and under low phosphorus for 8 hulless barely varieties.Furthermore,each hulless barely variety was evaluated for its tolerance to low phosphorus.The results showed that under low phosphorus stress,all hulless barley varieties showcased significant decreases in plant height,root length,plant fresh weight,plant dry weight,root fresh weight,and root dry weight compared with those of the same hulless barley varieties under normal culture conditions,while the root-to-shoot ratio demonstrated no significant difference between normal culture conditions and low phosphorus stress.A comprehensive analysis of agronomic traits under different cultivation conditions revealed that root dry weight,plant height,and plant fresh weight could be used as crucial indicators to evaluate the low phosphorus tolerance.Among them,root dry weight was the most important agronomic trait for screening hulless barley varieties with low phosphorus tolerance.The subordinate function analysis showed that the low phosphorus tolerance of the eight varieties of hulless barley followed the trend of'Purple Kangqing'>'Huangqing 1'>'Dulihuang'>'Kunlun 14'>'Himalaya 22'>'Luolongzong'>'Tewu'>'Mozhu hulless barely'.
