需求满足与学业获得感:民办高校实践教学改革路径研究——以吉林外国语大学为例

摘  要:大学生学业获得感是大学生在学习专业知识过程中或习得专业知识后,在客观和主观上有所获得,从而生成的一种积极情绪体验,有利于学生的精神需求和满足,以及身心的全面发展。通过文献综述、案例分析和深度访谈三种方法,基于自我决定理论,研究民办高校学生通过实践教学获取学业获得感的情况。研究发现,民办高校在实践教学中未能有效满足学生对胜任感、归属感和自主性的需求,影响学生学业获得感、专业认同和在校学习。基于研究发现,提出民办高校在实践教学中展开胜任感培养、归属感建立、自主性支持等对策建议的具体措施,激发学生内在学习动机,为民办高校实践教学的改革与创新提供参考。University students’sense of academic gain refers to their positive emotional experience generated when objectively and subjectively acquiring or perceiving gains during or after learning professional knowledge.This sense contributes to fulfilling their spiritual needs and promoting their comprehensive physical and mental development.Through literature review,case analysis and in-depth interview,based on self-determination theory,this paper studies how private university students acquire the sense of academic gain through practical teaching.It is found that private universities fail to effectively meet students’needs for sense of competence,belonging and autonomy in practical teaching,which affects their sense of academic gain,professional identity and on-campus learning.Based on the research findings,this paper puts forward specific measures to develop the sense of competence,the establishment of a sense of belonging and the support of autonomy in the practical teaching of private universities,so as to stimulate the intrinsic learning motivation of students and provide references for the reform and innovation of the practice teaching of private universities.
