摘  要:生成式AI作为人工智能技术的最新突破以及新质生产力的典型代表,为经济社会发展注入了强劲动能,也正深刻影响着教育教学领域。生成式AI教育应用目前仍处于起步阶段,虽然讨论度高、潜力巨大,但实际应用价值尚未充分发挥,亟需厘清技术推广应用的关键问题,积极推进生成式AI在教育教学中的合理运用。基于这一背景,《2024智能教育发展蓝皮书》从理论与实践相结合的视角,对生成式AI教育应用的参考框架、典型场域和实践价值进行了系统的梳理和研究。2024年9月21日,教育部科学技术与信息化司领导、中国教育技术协会领导、教育部教育数字化转型咨询专家等在西北师范大学与科大讯飞联合举办的第六届智能教育论坛上正式发布了该蓝皮书。该研究首先概述了生成式AI的内涵、特点和应用参考框架,分析了其在自然语言理解、内容生成和逻辑推理方面的能力;其次,梳理和阐述了生成式AI在教学、学习、评价、管理和科研等教育场域的应用,并提出了相应的应用策略;最后,讨论了生成式AI对教育实践的价值,包括人才培养、教育环境、教学方式、学习方式、教育评价和教育治理的转型变革。旨在为教育大模型的研发者、应用者和评估者开展生成式AI教育应用研究与实践提供借鉴和参考,激发更多关于如何利用生成式AI推动教育创新的思考和讨论,以促进生成式AI在教育中的合理应用和创新实践。Generative AI,as the latest breakthrough in artificial intelligence technology and a typical representative of new quality productive forces,injects strong momentum into economic and social development,which is profoundly affecting the field of education and teaching.At present,the educational application of generative AI is still in its infancy.Although the discussion degree is high and the potential is huge,the actual application value has not yet been fully exerted.It is urgent to clarify the key problems of technology application and actively promote the rational application of generative AI in education and teaching.Based on this background,the 2024 Blue Book of Intelligent Education Development systematically combs and studies the referential framework,typical fields and practical values of generative AI in education from the perspective of combining theory with practice.On September 21,2024,leaders of of the Department of Science,Technology and Informatization at the Ministry of Education,leaders of China Association for Educational Technology,consulting experts of educational digital transformation at the Ministry of Education,etc.,officially released the Blue Book at the 6th Intelligent Education Forum jointly held by Northwest Normal University and iFLYTEK.Firstly,this study outlines the connotation,characteristics and application referential framework of generative AI,and analyzes its capabilities in natural language understanding,content generation and logical reasoning.Secondly,the application of generative AI in teaching,learning,evaluation,management and scientific research is described in detail,and the corresponding application strategies are put forward.Finally,the value of generative AI to educational practice is discussed,including the transformation of talent cultivation,educational environment,teaching methods,learning methods,educational evaluation and educational governance.The aim is to provide reference for the developers,applicators and evaluators of the education model to carry out the
