摘　　要：目的目的分析人文护理在小儿护理中的效果。方法方法选取2023年2月至2024年2月我院接诊的200例患儿作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人文护理。分析并比较两组患儿的HAMA评分、依从性和住院时间等指标。结果结果观察组患儿各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论通过分析人文护理干预的特点与优势,深入讨论小儿应用人文护理干预的具体措施,为小儿治疗提供借鉴与参考,促进小儿治疗水平的提升。Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic nursing in pediatric nursing.Method 200 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a simple randomization method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received humanistic nursing care.Analyze and compare the HAMA scores,compliance,and length of hospital stay between two groups of pediatric patients.Result All indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of humanistic nursing intervention,this paper discusses in depth the specific measures for applying humanistic nursing intervention in children,providing reference and guidance for pediatric treatment,and promoting the improvement of pediatric treatment level.
