摘 要:当前,大学生心理健康问题的形势日益呈现出复杂性与严峻性的特征,进一步凸显了加强大学生心理健康管理和有效调解各类矛盾的重要性和紧迫性。鉴于宿舍作为学生社交、心理与行为发展的重要场域,其内部矛盾直接影响学生心理健康与学业成就。研究聚焦于高校学生宿舍矛盾,特别是涉及心理高关怀学生的复杂情境,探讨其处理策略。针对心理高关怀学生易受环境影响的特性,及其与宿舍矛盾间的恶性循环,研究采用STAR法则作为理论框架,揭示宿舍矛盾内在机制,旨在提出一套科学、高效的解决方案。研究旨在为高校辅导员提供理论支持与实践指南,以促进宿舍矛盾的精准调解,构建和谐包容的宿舍环境,保障学生身心健康与全面发展。Mental health issues among college students are becoming increasingly complex and severe,highlighting the importance and urgency of strengthening mental health management and effectively mediating various conflicts.Given that dormitories serve as crucial places for students'social,psychological,and behavioral development,internal conflicts directly impact students'mental well-being and academic achievement.This study focuses on college dormitory conflicts,particularly those involving psychologically vulnerable students in complex situations,and explores mediation strategies for these scenarios.Addressing the environmental susceptibility of psychologically vulnerable students and the vicious cycle between this vulnerability and dormitory conflicts,this research employs the STAR framework as its theoretical foundation to reveal underlying conflict mechanisms and propose scientific,efficient solutions.Findings here could provide college counselors with theoretical support and practical guidelines to facilitate precise conflict mediation,foster harmonious and inclusive dormitory environments,and safeguard students'holistic development and well-being.
