摘 要:“每天综合体育活动时间不低于2小时”政策是新时期对中小学生体育活动提出的新要求,体现了国家对深化学校体育改革和实施“以体育人”理念的价值旨趣。“2小时”政策有助于促进学生身心健康发展和学校体育高质量发展。有效落实该政策亟需深入领会政策深意,认真分析机遇挑战,提出系统化推进策略。在操作策略上亟需发挥学校主渠道和家庭助推器两方面的积极作用。学校层面需要保质保量做到“四个一”并体现贯通性;家庭层面需要尽心尽力做好“三件事”并体现多样性。研究“2小时”的价值旨趣与协同路径为贯彻落实教育强国规划纲要、深化学校体育高质量发展发挥理论引领和实践指导。The policy of"No Less Than 2 Hours of Comprehensive Physical Activity per Day"is a new requirement for primary and secondary school students'physical activity in the new era,reflecting the value of the country's deepening of school physical education reform and the implementation of the concept of"sports oriented".The"2-hour"policy will be conducive to promote the physical and mental health development of students and the high-quality development of school physical education.Effective implementation of this policy requires a deep understanding of its underlying meaning,careful analysis of opportunities and challenges,and the proposal of systematic promotion strategies.In terms of operational strategies,it is urgent to leverage the positive roles of schools as the main channel and families as boosters.And at the school level,it is necessary to ensure the quality and quantity of the"Four Ones"and reflect their inter-connectivity,and meanwhile,at the family level,it is also necessary to make every effort to do the"three things"well and reflect diversity.The value intent and collaborative path of studying the"2-hour"program provide theoretical and practical guidance for implementing the planning outline of building a strong education country and deepening the high-quality development of school physical education.
