摘　　要：数字技术在推动城市体育公园建设方面扮演着至关重要的角色,对提升全民健身的质量和效率具有深远影响。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨数字赋能城市体育公园建设的逻辑进路和实然困境,并提出路径选择。研究指出:数字赋能城市体育公园建设应以构建更高水平的全民健身公共服务体系为目标,遵循服务人民和技术革新原则,发挥生态优先效应、人群健康效应和产业融合效应。同时,针对城市快速发展与市民运动需求,以及数字基础设施不足、群众服务效能偏低、监管机制尚未完善、数字安全尚存风险等实然困境,本文从驱动技术革新、深化数智融合、凝聚发展动能、更新长效机制等方面提出了数字赋能城市体育公园建设的路径选择。Digital technology plays a crucial role in promoting the construction of urban sports parks,which has a far-reaching impact on improving the quality and efficiency of national fitness.This paper adopts research methods such as documentation method and logical analysis method to explore the logical progression,practical dilemma and path selection of digital empowerment for urban sports park construction.The study concludes that the construction of digitally empowered urban sports parks should aim at building a higher level of public service system for national fitness,follow the principles of serving the people and technological innovation,and give full play to the ecological priority effect,crowd health effect and industrial integration effect.At the same time,for the rapid development of the city and the public demand for sports,as well as to address the dilemma such as insufficient digital infrastructure,low efficiency of public services,incomplete regulatory mechanisms,and risks of temporary storage of digital security,this paper puts forward the path of digital empowerment for the construction of urban sports parks from the aspects of driving technological innovation,deepening the fusion of digital and intellectual,cohesion of the development of the kinetic energy,and updating of the long-term mechanism.
