数字化背景下职业院校体能训练课程精准教学改革研究

摘　　要：利用大数据技术实现精准化教学,有助于为社会急需岗位培养适配性高的技术技能人才。本文依据职业教育教学规律,围绕行业岗位用人标准与人才培养目标定位,秉持数据驱动教学理念,以体育教学模式基本结构为依据,从精准教学理论基础、精准设置教学目标、精准教学过程、精准教学评价、思政精准融通5个方面构建职业院校体能训练课程精准教学模式。同时,阐述开展精准化教学所需的数字化教学平台、数字化教材、校企共建数字化体能实习实训教室、提升教师体育数字化教学素养等多个保障条件。并且从课前、课中、课后3个阶段阐述数字化技术如何助力精准教学和多元化与科学化的教学评价方式。此外,强调课程思政元素的深度融入,以及利用AR、VR等先进技术实现情景化育人的创新实践。Leveraging big data technology to achieve precision education presents an effective approach to cultivating highly adaptive technical talents for socially critical positions.Guided by vocational education pedagogy and aligned with industry competency standards and talent development objectives,this study proposes a data-driven precision teaching model for physical fitness training in vocational institutions.The model encompasses five dimensions:theoretical foundations of precision teaching,precision in seting teaching objectives,precision in instructional processes,precision in teaching evaluation,and integration of ideological and political education.Implementation prerequisites are systematically analyzed,including digital teaching plaforms,interactive e-textbooks,school-enterprise collaborative development of digital fitness training facilities,and faculty digital literacy enhancement.The study further elucidates how digital technologies empower three-phase precision teaching(pre-class preparation,in-class implementation,and post-class consolidation)while establishing diversified scientific assessment mechanisms.Notably,it pioneers scenario-based educational practices through immersive technologies(AR/VR)and deep integration of ideological-political elements into the curriculum.
