摘  要:为研究虾青素和抗菌肽联用对蛋品质和孵化性能的相关性,选取健康且体重相近的34周龄京红蛋鸡420只,随机分为7组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只。T_(0)为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;T_(1)~T_(6)为试验组,各组单独饲喂添加不同水平的虾青素(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)和抗菌肽(300、500 mg/kg)。预试期1周,正试期8周。试验结束后对蛋鸡进行人工授精。授精后,对种蛋进行蛋品质和孵化效果分析。结果表明:(1)蛋品质:T_(1)~T_(6)组蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、哈夫单位均高于T_(0)组(P<0.05)。群体平均蛋重为64.2 g,平均蛋形指数为1.344,平均蛋壳厚度为0.364 mm,平均蛋壳颜色为76,平均蛋壳强度为4.5 kg/cm^(2),平均哈夫单位为81。(2)孵化性能:T_(1)~T_(6)组受精率、孵化率、健雏率、初生重均高于T_(0)组(P<0.05)。群体平均受精率为92%,平均孵化率为94%,平均健雏率为96%,平均初生重为36.5 g。(3)相关性分析:受精率、孵化率分别与蛋重和蛋形指数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),受精率与孵化率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),健雏率与受精率和孵化率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),蛋壳强度与蛋壳厚度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。综上,虾青素和抗菌肽联用对京红蛋鸡F1代蛋品质和孵化性能有一定的相关性,其中T3组各项检测指标均最佳。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the correlation analysis of the combination of astaxanthin and antimicrobial peptides on egg quality and hatching performance.420 healthy 34-week-old Jinghong laying hens with similar weight were randomly divided into 7 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate.T_(0)was the control group,fed with basic diet;T_(1)~T_(6)were experimental groups,and each group was fed with different levels of astaxanthin(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%)and antimicrobial peptides(300,500 mg/kg)separately.The pretrial period was 1 week,and the trial period was 8 weeks.After the experiment,the layers were artificially inseminated.After insemination,the egg quality and hatching effect were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)Egg quality:the egg weight,egg shape index,eggshell thickness,eggshell color,eggshell strength and Haugh unit of T_(1)~T_(6)groups were all higher than that of T_(0)group(P<0.05).The population average egg weight was 64.2 g,the average egg shape index was 1.344,the average eggshell thickness was 0.364 mm,the average eggshell color was 76,the average eggshell strength was 4.5 kg/cm^(2),and the average Haugh unit was 81.(2)Hatching performance:the fertilization rate,hatching rate,healthy chick rate and birth weight of T_(1)~T_(6)groups were all higher than that of T_(0)group(P<0.05).The average fertilization rate,average hatching rate,average healthy chick rate and average birth weight were 92%,94%,96%and 36.5 g respectively.(3)Correlation analysis:fertilization rate and hatching rate were positively correlated with egg weight and egg shape index respectively(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between fertilization rate and hatching rate(P<0.01).The rate of healthy chicks was positively correlated with fertilization rate and hatching rate(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between eggshell strength and eggshell thickness(P<0.01).To sum up,the combination of astaxanthin and antimicrobial peptides had a certain correlation with t
