摘  要:本实验基于动态浊度法的基础,旨在利用动态试管仪建立饲料中细菌内毒素的测定方法。将供试品配成10%溶液,涡旋混合后,采用10000 r/min离心10 min后取上清液,应用动态浊度法进行细菌内毒素测定。结果显示:该方法的相关系数(r)为0.9977,加标回收率为97.1%~156.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)为2.0%~7.9%,28种不同类型的饲料样品中细菌内毒素含量在0~349.220 EU/mg。研究表明,实验所用方法操作简便、准确度高、重复性好、应用范围广,适用于饲料中细菌内毒素含量的测定。The purpose of the experiment was to establish a method for the determination of bacterial endotoxin in feed based on the dynamic turbidity method using a dynamic test tube instrument.The test product was prepared into 10%solution,and after vortex mixing,the supernatant was centrifuged at 10000 r/min for 10 min,and the bacterial endotoxin was determined by dynamic turbidity method.The results showed that the correlation coefficient(r)of this method was 0.9977,the recoveries were 97.1%~156.4%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were 2.0%~7.9%.The contents of bacterial endotoxin in 28 different types of feed samples were 0~349.220 EU/mg.The results indicated that the method used in the test was simple to operate,had high accuracy,good repeatability,and wide range of application coverage,which was suitable for the determination of bacterial endotoxin content in feed.
