摘 要:为建立超高效液相色谱-串联三重四级杆质谱法同时测定饲料中12种真菌毒素含量的方法,实验样品经乙腈-水-甲酸溶液(840:159:1,V/V/V)提取后,再用免疫亲和柱对提取液进行净化处理。结果显示:在所考察的浓度范围内12种真菌毒素的线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均大于0.995;方法检出限为0.14~2.67μg/kg、定量限位0.47~8.90μg/kg;在S_(1)样品中进行0.01、0.05、1.0μg/kg的三水平加标回收,其中12种真菌毒素的平均加标回收率为77.25%~98.65%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.12%~8.23%。研究表明,该方法具有灵敏度高、分析时间短、结果准确的特点,适用于饲料中多种真菌毒素的测定。The aim of this study was to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 12 mycotoxins in feed by UPLC-MS/MS.The samples were extracted from acetonitrile-water-formic acid solution(840:159:1,V/V/V)and purified by immunoaffinity column.The results showed that the linear relationship of 12 mycotoxins in the concentration range was good,and the correlation coefficient(R2)was greater than 0.995.The limits of detection and quantitation were 0.14~2.67μg/kg and 0.47~8.90μg/kg respectively.Three levels of 0.01,0.05μg/kg and 1.0μg/kg were added to S_(1)sample.The average recoveries of 12 mycotoxins ranged from 77.25%to 98.65%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 0.12%to 8.23%.The results indicated that this method had the characteristics of high sensitivity,short analysis time and accurate results,and was suitable for the determination of various mycotoxins in feed.
