摘　　要：在全球化的背景下,文化间的传播与交流日益频繁,跨文化传播既是文化自身发展的结果,也是实现世界文化繁荣发展的重要途径。藏族舞蹈作为中华优秀传统文化,借助于文化多样性发展的需求,文化传播技术的快速发展,藏族舞蹈得到进一步推广,藏族舞蹈的跨文化传播也随着国内外文化交流活动的增多日渐增多。但由于文化差异所导致的认知障碍,藏族舞蹈自身传承与发展所遇到的困境,再加上全球化背景下文化同质化的风险,藏族舞蹈在跨文化传播中也面临着严峻的挑战。基于藏族舞蹈跨文化传播的挑战和传播学的一般原理,本文从藏族舞蹈文化内涵的挖掘与整理、藏族舞蹈的形式与表现手法的创新、多元化的交流合作平台的搭建、跨文化传播人才的培养与引进等方面提出了应对之策。In the context of globalization,cultural communication and exchange are becoming increasingly frequent.In addition to being a byproduct of cultural evolution,cross-cultural communication also plays a key role in the prosperity and advancement of global culture.Tibetan dance is a superb example of traditional Chinese culture that has become more and more popular worldwide due to the promotion of Tibetan dance,the need to maintain cultural diversity,the quick advancement of technology for cultural communication,and the growth of domestic and international cultural exchanges.However,Tibetan dance is also facing significant obstacles in cross-cultural communication because of(1)the cognitive barriers brought about by cultural differences;(2)the challenges encountered in the inheritance;(3)the developing dilemma of Tibetan dance itself;(4)and the possibility of cultural homogenization in the context of globalization.Based on the difficulties of cross-cultural communication of Tibetan dance and general communication principles,this paper suggests countermeasures from the aspects of excavating and organizing the cultural connotation of Tibetan dance,innovating the form and expression of Tibetan dance,building a diverse platform for cooperation and communication,and training and introducing cross-cultural communication talents.
