强化健康宣教在青少年屈光不正中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨强化健康宣教在青少年屈光不正中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月广西壮族自治区桂东人民医院收治的100例青少年屈光不正患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上,采用强化健康宣教。比较两组自我管理能力、疾病不确定感及负性心理。结果护理前,两组自我效能量表(SESS)、中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)、心理状态量表(POMS)各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组SESS各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组MUIS-A、POMS各维度评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化健康宣教能够有效提高青少年屈光不正的自我管理能力,降低疾病不确定感,缓解其负性心理。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening health education in adolescent ametropia.Methods A total of 100 adolescent patients with ametropia treated in Guidong People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing,the observation group received intensive health education.Selfmanagement ability,disease uncertainty and negative psychology were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of Self-Efficacy Scale for Self-care(SESS),Chinese version of Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Adult(MUIS-A)and Profile of Mood States(POMS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SESS in all dimensions were higher in both groups than before nursing,and the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of MUIS-A and POMS in all dimensions were lower than before nursing,and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening health education can effectively improve the self-management ability of adolescents with ametropia,reduce the uncertainty of the disease and alleviate their negative psychology.
