补阳还五汤加减及穴位贴敷辅治脑卒中后不寐临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤加减及穴位贴敷辅治脑卒中后不寐的疗效。方法:90例随机分为A组和B组各45例。两组均常规治疗联合穴位贴敷,B组加用补阳还五汤加减治疗。结果:B组总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PSQI评分、NIHSS评分、血清DA均降低(P<0.05),且B组低于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清MT、5-HT均升高(P<0.05),且B组高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加减及穴位贴敷辅治脑卒中后不寐疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupoint application as an adjunctive treatment for post-stroke insomnia.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment combined with acupoint application,and group B was additionally treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed reductions in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,and serum dopamine(DA)levels(P<0.05),with group B demonstrating lower values than group A(P<0.05).Additionally,serum melatonin(MT)and serotonin(5-HT)levels increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),with group B showing higher levels than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective as an adjunctive treatment for post-stroke insomnia.
