疏风明目汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏风明目汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法:82例随机分成对照组和观察组各41例。两组予以盐酸氮卓斯汀滴眼液,观察组加用疏风明目汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分和免疫指标均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏风明目汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shufeng Mingmu Decoction combined with azelastine hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods:Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with azelastine hydrochloride eye drops,while the observation group additionally received Shufeng Mingmu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed reductions in TCM syndrome scores and immune-related indicators(P<0.05),with the observation group demonstrating lower values than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Mingmu Decoction combined with azelastine hydrochloride eye drops is effective in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.
