摘　　要：目的构建科学规范、可供推广的脓毒症患者中西医结合早期康复管理方案。方法遵循循证原则,采用质性访谈方法,拟定脓毒症患者中西医结合早期康复标准化管理方案,在2023年7月至9月,采用德尔菲法对15名相关领域的专家进行2轮咨询,对各级指标进行筛选和修改。结果来自2轮专家组函询的有效问卷均为100%,两轮专家的权威系数分别为0.87和0.84,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.194和0.462(均P<0.001)。在第2轮的函询中,专家意见的变异系数为0.052~0.132,所有条目的变异系数均<0.25,最终形成了脓毒症患者早期康复标准化管理方案,包括8个一级指标,22个二级指标。结论脓毒症患者中西医结合早期康复标准化管理方案具有较好的科学性、针对性和可行性,能够为脓毒症患者开展有效规范的康复护理提供依据和指导。Objective:To construct a scientifically rigorous and replicable early rehabilitation management plan for sepsis patients using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:This study followed the principles of evidence-based practice and utilized qualitative interview methods to draft a standardized early rehabilitation management plan for sepsis patients using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.From July to September 2023,the Delphi method was employed to conduct two rounds of consultations with 15 experts in relevant fields,during which various indicators were screened and modified.Results:The effective response rate for both rounds of expert panel consultations were 100%.The authority coefficients of the experts in the two rounds were 0.87 and 0.84,respectively,while the Kendall coefficient of concordance was 0.194 and 0.462(both P<0.001).In the second round of consultations,the coefficient of variation for expert opinions ranged from 0.052to 0.132,with all items having a coefficient of variation less than 0.25.Ultimately,a standardized early rehabilitation management plan for sepsis patients was established,including 8 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators.Conclusion:The standardized early rehabilitation management plan for sepsis patients using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine demonstrates good scientific rigor,relevance,and feasibility.It can serve as a basis and guide for providing effective and standardized rehabilitation care for sepsis patients.
