摘 要:目的:浅析低视力患者基于不同助视方法下阅读能力对比研究。方法:选取2017年12月—2022年12月于东莞光明眼科医院门诊部就诊的50例已验配过助视器(包括光学助视器或电子助视器)患者作为研究对象,按照不同助视方法分为4组。1~4组分别使用光学助视器、电子助视器联合视觉训练、电子助视器、光学助视器联合视觉训练。对50例患者做阅读能力检测,包括阅读速度、阅读准确度、阅读持久度、阅读舒适度,比较4组患者训练后最佳矫正视力、生活质量评分及视力矫正满意度。结果:2组较1组、3组、4组阅读速度更快,阅读准确度更高,阅读持久度更长,阅读舒适度评分更高,训练后最佳矫正视力改善效果更好,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.621、12.629、28.063、121.627、14.044,P<0.05)。2组较1组、3组、4组训练后远视力、调节视力、阅读和精细工作、日常生活能力评分及视力矫正满意度均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(F=0.642、25.364、18.962、16.547,χ^(2)=16.576;P<0.05)。结论:低视力患者实行电子助视器辅助视觉训练,能够提升低视力患者阅读准确度,提高生活质量,保证阅读舒适度,实践价值较高。Objective:To analyze the comparative study of reading ability in patients with low vision based on different mnemonic methods.Methods:50 patients who had experienced and fitted with typoscope(including patients fitted with optical or electronic typoscope)were selected as research objects from the low vision outpatient department of the hospital from December 2017 to December 2022.They were divided into 4 groups according to different methods of visual aid.Group 1 only used optical typoscope.Group 2 used visual training and electronic typoscope.Group 3 only used electronic typoscope.Group 4 were combined with visual training and optical typoscope to test the reading ability of 50 patients,including reading speed,reading accuracy,reading duration and reading comfort.The best corrected vision,quality of life score and satisfaction of vision correction after training were compared between the four groups.Results:Compared with group 1,group 3 and group 4,group 2 had higher reading speed,higher reading accuracy,longer reading duration,higher reading comfort score,and better improvement effect of best corrected vision after training,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=21.621,12.629,28.063,121.627,14.044;P<0.05).After training,far visual acuity,adjusted visual acuity,reading and fine work,daily living ability score and satisfaction of visual acuity correction in group 2 were significantly higher than those in group 1,group 3 and group 4,with statistically significant difference(F=0.642,25.364,18.962,16.547,χ^(2)=16.576;P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of electronic visual AIDS for visual training of patients with low vision can improve the reading accuracy of patients with low vision,improve the quality of life,and ensure the comfort of reading.It has high practical value.
