摘 要:目的:观察7E教学模式在血液科实习护士护理教学中的应用效果。方法:本研究为前瞻性研究,选取2022年1月—2023年12月河南大学第一附属医院血液科100名实习护士作为研究对象,将2022年1月—2023年1月实施传统教学的实习护士分为常规组(n=50),将2023年1—12月实施7E教学的实习护士分为7E组(n=50)。对比两组实习护士教学成果情况、教学满意度情况及护理实践情况。结果:在不同教学模式下,7E组实习护士理论成绩、护理实操成绩均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.507、2.349,P<0.05);7E组实习护士学习兴趣、理论讲解、疾病鉴别、临床技能、团队协作评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.090、2.892、2.889、2.367、2.602,P<0.05);7E组实习护士护理差错事件率、患者投诉率均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061、8.241,P<0.05)。结论:7E教学模式能提升血液科实习护士的理论、实操技能,此教学模式对增强实习护士的评判性思维均有积极意义;与传统教学模式相比,血液科实习护士对7E教学模式的满意度更高,经此方式教学后,护理差错率及病患投诉率均可明显减少。Objective:To observe the application effect of 7E teaching model in nursing teaching for hematology interns.Methods:This study is a prospective study,involving 100 nurses who interned at the Hematology Department,The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2022 to December 2023.Nurses who underwent subtraditional teaching from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in the routine group(n=50),and nurses who underwent 7E teaching from January 2023 to December 2023 were included in the 7E group(n=50).The teaching achievements,critical thinking,teaching satisfaction,and nursing practice of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results:Under different teaching modes,the theoretical and practical scores of practice nurses in 7E group were higher than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.507,2.349;P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,theory explanation,disease identification,clinical skills and teamwork of practice nurses in group 7E were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.090,2.892,2.889,2.367,2.602;P<0.05).The nursing error event rate and patient complaint rate of practice nurses in 7E group were lower than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,8.241;P<0.05).Conclusion:7E teaching mode can enhance the theoretical and practical skills of hematology internship nurses,and this teaching mode has positive significance in enhancing their critical thinking.Compared with traditional teaching methods,hematology intern nurses have a better understanding of the 7E teaching model.After teaching,the nursing error rate and patient complaint rate can be significantly reduced.
