摘　　要：外泌体是细胞主动向外分泌释放的纳米级囊泡样小体,存在于大量生物液体中,可作为载体将蛋白质、核酸和脂质等生物分子通讯至细胞外参与肿瘤的生理、病理过程。就外泌体作为载体在实体瘤诊断、治疗方面的研究现状进行系统阐述,以期为实体瘤的诊疗提供新思路。Exosomes are nano-sized vesicle-like bodies that are actively released into the exocrine secretion by cells,which exist in a large number of biological fluids,and can be used as carriers to communicate biomolecules such as proteins,nucleic acids and lipids to the extracellular area to participate in the physiological and pathological processes of tumors.The research status of exosomes as carriers in the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors is systematically expounded,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors.
