摘　　要：该文总结1例因植入式输液港并发血栓引起上腔静脉阻塞综合征行上腔静脉阻塞解除术患者的术前及术后护理措施,并从血栓形成的三大危险因素及患者接受的治疗措施方面探讨血栓形成的原因,通过检索有关静脉输液港维护的指南和系统评价,总结输液港的维护措施,以期为临床输液港护理方案的制定提供参考。This article summarizes the preoperative and postoperative care measures of a patient who underwent superior vena cava obstruction removal due to superior vena cava obstruction syndrome caused by concurrent thrombosis of implantable venous access port,and discusses the causes of thrombosis from the aspects of the three risk factors for thrombosis and the treatment measures received by the patient.Through the retrieval of guidelines and systematic evaluations on the maintenance of venous access port,the maintenance measures of venous access ports are proposed to provide evidence for the formulation of clinical nursing regimen of venous access ports.
