摘　　要：目的 分析改良版婴幼儿孤独症筛查量表(M-CHAT)联合发育筛查量表(DST)在孤独症筛查中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2024年2月扬州市妇幼保健院收治的101例孤独症患儿为疾病组,选取同期体检的100例健康儿童设为健康组。两组均应用M-CHAT联合DST实施孤独症筛查,比较两组评分差异,分析M-CHAT与DST的诊断效能。结果 疾病组DST的智商、发育商评分均低于健康组(P <0.05);M-CHAT+DST联合筛查显示95例真阳性,96例真阴性;M-CHAT+DST联合筛查孤独症的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单一量表诊断(P<0.05)。结论 儿童孤独症筛查中应用M-CHAT联合DST效能良好,可提高筛查灵敏度、特异度,能较为准确地初筛孤独症,有助于早期检出与治疗。Objective To analyze the application value of modified checklist for autism in toddlers(M-CHAT)combined with developmental screen test(DST)in autism screening.Methods A total of 101 children with autism treated in Yangzhou Women and Children’s Hospital from January 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the disease group,and 100 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.In both groups,M-CHAT combined with DST was used to screen for autism.The score difference between the two groups was compared to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of M-CHAT and DST.Results The mental index and developmental quotient scores of DST of the disease group were lower than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).M-CHAT+DST combined screening showed 95 true positive cases and 96 true negative cases.The sensitivity,specificity,predictive value and negative predictive value of M-CHAT+DST combined screening for autism were higher than those of single scale diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of M-CHAT combined with DST in the screening of children with autism has good efficacy,can improve the screening sensitivity and specificity,and can be more accurate in the initial screening of autism,which is cond ucive to early detection and treatment.
