摘  要:桥梁钢主梁通常通过梁面吊耳进行吊装施工,特别是对于大节段超宽幅钢箱梁,系统地研究吊耳的位置、数量、方向及连接方式等对提升钢箱梁吊装的经济性、安全性至关重要。为此,结合万龙大桥工程,对吊耳合理性设计进行系统研究,分析了该桥的设计和施工特点,提出了顶推和原位吊装梁段采用焊接吊耳,悬拼梁段采用栓接吊耳;根据钢梁纵、横坡及竖曲线,同一梁段各吊耳设计高度不同以保证耳板销孔高程一致;66个吊装节段共用一个吊具,吊耳的位置、数量及承载能力可满足吊具吊装要求。研究表明:万龙大桥梁面吊耳设计符合大节段超宽幅钢箱梁吊装方案的经济适用、节约工期的目标,可供类似工程参考。Bridge steel main beams are usually lifted and constructed through lifting lugs on the beam surface,especially for large section ultra wide steel box girders.It is crucial to systematically study the position,quantity,direction,and connection methods of lifting lugs to improve the economy and safety of steel box girder lifing.To this end,based on the Wanlong Bridge project,a systematic study was conducted on the rational design of lfting lugs,and the design and construction characteristics of the bridge were analyzed.It was proposed to use welded lfting lugs for the top push and in-situ lifting beam sections,and bolted lifting lugs for the suspended beam sections.According to the longitudinal,transverse slope,and vertical curve of the steel beam,the design height of each lifting lug in the same beam section is different to ensure that the elevation of the ear plate pin hole is consistent;66 lfting segments share one liting device,and the position,quantity,and bearing capacity of the lifting lugs can meet the lfting requirements of the lifting device.Research has shown that the design of the lifting lugs on the beam surface of Wanlong Bridge is in line with the economic applicability and time-saving goals of the large section ultra wide steel box girder lifting scheme,and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
