摘 要:结直肠癌(CRC)作为一种常见且致命的胃肠道肿瘤,多数患者被诊断此病时已处于晚期,从而导致生存时间缩短。因此,迫切需要开发准确、经济有效且符合患者需求的早期CRC筛查方法。人工智能(AI)技术自问世以来取得了巨大进步。AI技术可分为机器学习、深度学习等技术,在不同领域有着不同的应用范围和前景。目前,人工智能技术在医学领域的图像识别、生物技术、辅助诊断、药物研发、营养等方面发挥着重要作用。虽然在与患者深入交流方面,人工智能技术尚处于发展初期,但已广泛应用于图像识别和辅助分析领域。文章综述了人工智能在结直肠癌早期筛查和诊断方面的应用,并对其未来在该领域的潜在应用进行了展望。Colorectal cancer(CRC),as a common and deadly gastrointestinal tumor,is diagnosed in advanced stages in most patients,leading to a shortened survival time.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop accurate,cost-effective,and patient specific early CRC screening methods.Since its inception,artificial intelligence(AI)technology has made tremendous progress.AI technology can be divided into machine learning,deep learning,and other technologies,which have different application scopes and prospects in different fields.At present,artificial intelligence technology plays an important role in image recognition,biotechnology,assisted diagnosis,drug development,nutrition,and other fields in the medical field.Although artificial intelligence technology is still in its early stages of development in terms of deep communication with patients,it has been widely applied in the fields of image recognition and auxiliary analysis.The article reviews the application of artificial intelligence in early screening and diagnosis of colorectal cancer,and looks forward to its potential future applications in this field.
